The Town of Yemassee's Administration Department is led by the Town Clerk and oversees most administrative functions of the Town.
The Town Clerk is appointed by the Mayor and Town Council to oversee the Administration Department. The Town Clerk coordinates with all Town Departments and serves as the Clerk to Council.
What We Don't Do
- Assess real estate property for tax purposes. Contact the Beaufort County or Hampton County Assessor.
- Issue Property Tax Bills. These are issued by the respective County Auditors' Office. Beaufort County Auditor & the Hampton County Auditors' Office.
- Collect Property Tax Payments. These are collected by the respective County Treasurer's Office. Beaufort County Treasurer & the Hampton County Treasurer's Office.
