Town of Yemassee Surplus Property Bidding Open

The Town of Yemassee is now accepting sealed bids for the sale of surplus property that the Town of Yemassee no longer needs. The item for bid is:

1993 John Deere Backhoe Loader, VIN: T0310DA792882.

The backhoe loader is being sold as-is, where-is, and is being sold with no warranties, assumed or implied. The successful bidder will be responsible for removing the backhoe from the Town property. The successful bidder must remit payment by certified check or money order only. The bidding window has opened as of March 3, 2021, at 8 AM and will close on April 2, 2021, and 5 PM.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR BIDDING - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

There is no minimum bid, upon closing of the bidding window, the bids will be opened and be awarded to the highest bidder. Please make sure to input ALL information on the attached sheet. Place it signed, in an envelope and place it in the dropbox in front of the main entrance to the Municipal Complex. Please write "BID" on the outside of the envelope. A TOWN OF YEMASSEE BID FORM MUST BE COMPLETED.
